Principals

Craig Glynn
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Craig Glynn has over 30 years of experience in executive operational oversight. He started his career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche and went on to be CFO/Controller of several technology, manufacturing, and distribution companies. He has provided financial and accounting consulting services to public and private companies, including assistance with complex accounting and reporting issues and acquisition due diligence.

Craig also has extensive experience in troubled company work-outs. In this role, he has drafted and implemented business plans that allowed companies to return to a sound financial condition. He has taken action that controlled costs while ensuring continued trade credit. He has led negotiations to restructure bank debt and sell non-essential assets.

Craig earned his BS and MS degrees in Accounting from California State University Northridge. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Ed Phillips
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ed Phillips has over 27 years of accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche, Edward Thomas Associates, and as CFO/Controller for both private and public companies. He has assisted companies with a complete range of SEC required filings and has performed acquisition and due diligence projects ranging from several million dollars to several hundred million dollars for multiple publicly-held companies.

Ed has worked with companies to address accounting-related issues, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, accounting for stock options, purchase accounting, tax provision accruals and implementation of the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Ed also has extensive experience in the installation and support of ERP systems.

Ed obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Utah. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
